Cleanup Crew SMS Messaging Program
Cleanup Crew sends text messages to people who submit a form, request a quote, ask for junk removal service, or contact Cleanup Crew directly.
Messages may include appointment scheduling, quote follow-up, service questions, arrival updates, job details, missed-call follow-up, and customer support messages.
Cleanup Crew text messages are used to respond to customer inquiries and coordinate requested services. These messages are not required to use Cleanup Crew services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, service request, appointment activity, and communication with Cleanup Crew.
You may receive messages when you request a quote, ask a question, schedule a pickup, confirm an appointment, change an appointment, or need service-related follow-up.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to the number from which you received the message.
After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you provide new consent or contact us again requesting communication by text.

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS Consent
SMS consent is optional. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to request junk removal services from Cleanup Crew.
When you provide your phone number and choose to receive text messages from Cleanup Crew, you agree that Cleanup Crew may send text messages related to your inquiry or requested service.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
